Boracay Lifestyle – A day in the life of Boracay

Once in Boracay the lifestyle is relaxed. Below is brief but typical day, ‘in the life of a Cohiba Resident”:

Wake up at your leisure and look out of you bedroom window to see the blue sky meeting the topaz sea and there are few small boats dotted around the bay. A few early kiteboarders are setting up there canopies on the beach creating color splashes on the strip of white sand. A couple are actually cruising and the canopies are dancing in the wind. You make breakfast and relax on your balcony and log on to wireless internet to see today’s news and view some emails and soak up the morning.  After a shower there is a day ahead, so what to do? Why not relax by the pool and get a beautiful color  with your home just a  two minute walk away or sit by the poolside bar,  lunch and refreshments are so easy.  Perhaps as the sun gets high and a little hot you choose to do a little shopping. 
 
The Cohiba shuttle can run you down to D’Mall a few minutes away, where the multitude of different shops have a fascinating and very contemporary array of products to browse through and sell. Shopping on Boracay has evolved and there are many beautiful clothes, accessories and lifestyle shops. On Boracay you no longer want for anything. From the simplest of lampshades and sarongs to stylish designer clothes and furniture from all over Asia. After a little shopping you stop at a restaurant of your choice. Food from all around the world is available, we are spoilt for choice. Perhaps you chose a delicatessen for European hams, cheeses and a couple of glasses of wine. Wherever you choose you can watch the beautiful world of Boracay go by. You could choose to spend the afternoon walking down the famous ‘White Beach’ looking at the many stalls for beautiful handmade jewellery.  White Beach teases you through the palm trees with the deep blue and the white sand contrasting through the dark green of the palm trees lightly swaying in the sea breeze. White beach is peppered with a few sun worshipers but you still feel the beach is yours alone. You choose to take a recliner bed where you can be served chilled drinks and soak up some sun. To cool down you swim in the shimmering sea feeling recharged and cooled from the crystal clear water. After a beautiful afternoon on the beach you head back home, but on route you see some friends in a bar and stop for a quick drink with them. Eventually you get home for a shower and relax – and you still have the evening ahead.
  
     
 

The evening can be relaxing at home or by the pool or you can go out and enjoy the glorious Boracay sunsets and the islands  famous nightlife. Boracay again has a huge variety of options available, it could be a quiet family meal or a wild night out until the early hours, its all here.  Boracay can be a very social island if you choose or a quiet retreat in paradise, the choice is yours!.
